Payment & Billing
Is my payment information safe?
Your payment is secure. We use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
What payment options are available?
We currently take credit card payments in the form of Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We also take PayPal as a payment option.
Where is my order?
If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email at least 72 hours after you've placed an order, then please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will investigate and respond back. If you did receive a shipping confirmation email, you can view your tracking number to see the status of your package.
How do I cancel my order?
Once you place your order we immediately start working on your personalized item, hence, print your chosen graphics on the figure. Therefore, all sales are final and cannot be cancelled.
What type of shipping options do you offer?
We're offering two types of shipping methods:
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. You can choose your shipping destination at the checkout page.
How soon will me order ship?
We take about 3-7 business days to design, make and ship your personalized item. We ship orders Monday - Friday, during business hours only, and we don't operate on major holidays. Please note that orders placed during a sale or promotion may take longer to process.
How do I track my order after it ships?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email, along with tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Can I choose a different color for the jersey/helmet of the Football Figure?
Currently the only color you can choose is for the number printed on the jersey. We work continuously on additional color versions for the jersey. If you wish to stay updated please subscribe to our mailing list. The subscribing form is located in the bottom of each page.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Fantasy Football Figures has a no return or exchange policy with the exception of special circumstances. Once you place your order we immediately start working on your personalized item, hence, print your chosen graphics on the chosen items. Therefore, all sales are final and cannot be cancelled.
What if my product is damaged or missing?
We take extra care to package your box content. However, if you feel your product is damaged or missing, please contact email@example.com and include pictures of reported damages. Submissions are reviewed on a case by case basis, and if qualify you'll get a full refund for your purchase, or a new item, in accordance to your preferences.
What is the order cutoff date to guarantee delivery before christmas?
Orders must be placed by 12/6/18 in order to guarantee delivery before Christmas.
What happens if my order comes after Christmas?
We can only guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed by 11:59 pm PST on 12/6 to a valid shipping address. If an order qualifies for this guarantee and is delivered after Christmas, you can contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to have your shipping costs refunded.
How exactly does it work?
- Choose the figure type you would like to include in the gift card and click "add to cart"
At the checkout page you'll be requested to choose a shipping option - this will be for your recipient to be included as part of the gift card
Within 24 hours you'll recieve a gift card email, which includes a coupon code
You'll be able to transfer the email to your recipient as is, or to print it in your home printer. Anyway it looks pretty nice :)
Your recipient will be able to use the coupon code as a regular buyer in our website
What is the Gift Card refund policy?
A full refund will be issued per to customer request, up to a period of 15 days from the moment of purchase, and as long as the Gift Card has not been used.
Once the Gift Card has been used the regular Refund Policy, which can be found on this webiste FAQ page, will take place.
